Returns

Return Policy

  • EU law applies to all purchases and returns
  • Returns can be requested up to 14 days after delivery
  • Returns need to be back at our office within 30 days
  • The 14 days start after delivery by the shipping company
  • Food, supplements and/or products meant to consume food and/or supplements (e.g. shakers) can only be returned unopened and unused
  • Malfunctioning products will be inspected upon return
  • Only approved returns send to us with the right reference can be processed
  • When a product turns out to be malfunctioning/faulty upon delivery and is approved and inspected by our returns department it can be replaced or refunded
  • Initially the costs for sending any returns are for the customer
  • If it turns out the product is malfunctioning/faulty we’ll refund the transport cost for the customer (receipt necessary)
  • When a product is returned and is not malfunctioning/faulty we won’t refund the cost of transportation (for both the return and any replacements)
  • If a return is accepted a customer can choose for a replacement product offered by EnergyDrinkShop or choose the have a refund
  • If only part of a product is damaged or malfunctioning, the customer can also choose to just refund that part of the order
