Returns can be requested up to 14 days after delivery
Returns need to be back at our office within 30 days
The 14 days start after delivery by the shipping company
Food, supplements and/or products meant to consume food and/or supplements (e.g. shakers) can only be returned unopened and unused
Malfunctioning products will be inspected upon return
Only approved returns send to us with the right reference can be processed
When a product turns out to be malfunctioning/faulty upon delivery and is approved and inspected by our returns department it can be replaced or refunded
Initially the costs for sending any returns are for the customer
If it turns out the product is malfunctioning/faulty we’ll refund the transport cost for the customer (receipt necessary)
When a product is returned and is not malfunctioning/faulty we won’t refund the cost of transportation (for both the return and any replacements)
If a return is accepted a customer can choose for a replacement product offered by EnergyDrinkShop or choose the have a refund
If only part of a product is damaged or malfunctioning, the customer can also choose to just refund that part of the order
